Thato Ramoabi, MPA, is the Founder and Principal of Pulane in Praxis, which is named for her mother, Pulane Ramoabi, whose belief in transformation and embodiment of ancestral wisdom ground this practice.

With a decade of experience across philanthropy and the public sector, Thato's work integrates rigorous evaluation, strategic planning, and creative methods, rooted in Black feminist traditions and a clear-eyed understanding of how power and race show up inside institutions.
